Terms of Service
Last updated: 7/24/2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CraftCord AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
CraftCord AI provides an AI-powered platform to create, deploy, and manage Discord bots. The underlying code is generated and operated automatically on your behalf.
3. Accounts
You authenticate via Discord OAuth2. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Discord credentials secure.
4. Bot Tokens
You are responsible for the bot tokens you provide. Tokens are stored encrypted. You must not upload tokens you are not authorised to use.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid features require an active recurring subscription billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
6. AI Usage Limits & Fair Use
Each subscription tier includes specific limits, and your access is subject to these limits and to a general fair-usage policy:
- Daily AI usage limits. AI command generation is subject to a daily usage allowance that varies by plan. Silver includes standard daily allowances for both Craft Pro and Craft Thinking. Gold includes a higher Craft Pro daily allowance and unlimited Craft Thinking usage. Allowances reset every day at 00:00 UTC.
- Command limits per bot. The number of AI commands you can create per bot depends on your plan — up to 7 commands per bot on Silver and up to 15 commands per bot on Gold.
- Fair use. The Service is intended for normal, good-faith use. Automated, excessive, or abusive request patterns that degrade the Service for others are not permitted, and we may apply rate limits or other reasonable measures to protect platform stability.
7. AI-Generated Content
- CraftCord AI generates code and other content automatically. AI responses may contain mistakes, inaccuracies, or behaviour you did not intend.
- You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before relying on or using it.
- AI-generated code should always be reviewed before deployment to a production or public environment. You are solely responsible for how the bots and code you create behave.
- We do not warrant that AI-generated output is correct, complete, secure, or fit for any particular purpose.
8. Acceptable Use & Abuse
You agree not to use the Service to violate Discord’s Terms of Service, distribute malware, spam, or engage in illegal activity. You must not attempt to circumvent usage limits, access other users’ data or bots, probe or exploit the platform’s infrastructure, or extract internal system information. Abuse of the platform may result in service restrictions, suspension, or termination of your account at our discretion.
9. Unsupported Commands & Features
Certain command types are not available on the Service and will not be generated. In particular, music, audio, voice-channel, and media-streaming commands are not supported — this includes playing, streaming, recording, or transcoding audio, text-to-speech, soundboards, and any feature that relies on ffmpeg or voice libraries. The AI will decline such requests, and related packages cannot be installed. We may add to or remove from the set of supported capabilities at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including damages arising from AI-generated content or from bots you deploy.
